By accessing Toolkit Studio , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our digital products or engineering services.
All original code, design systems, UI components, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Toolkit Studio. We grant clients a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables upon full payment, while we retain the right to showcase the work in our professional portfolio.
Toolkit Studio provides high-conversion web design and frontend engineering. Project timelines and specific scopes of work are governed by individual service agreements. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party integrations (e.g., Formspree, Netlify, or custom APIs).
In no event shall Toolkit Studio be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
